Working with your mind and body, together

An integrated approach that supports your nervous system, emotions, and physical responses — not just one part of the picture.

Not everything fits into one box

You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or out of balance, but not quite sure why.

Integrated sessions bring together counselling and kinesiology to gently explore what’s going on across your whole system, not just one part of it.

What an integrated session looks like

Each session is guided by what feels most important for you on the day.

We may begin with conversation, exploring what’s been happening in your life, what you’re feeling, and what you’d like support with.

From there, we may gently bring in kinesiology to understand how your body and nervous system are responding.

Sessions can include:

  • Counselling and reflection

  • Nervous system support

  • Body-based awareness

  • Kinesiology techniques

  • Practical tools to support you between sessions

There’s no fixed formula. The process adapts to you.

This approach may suit you if…

You’ve tried different things but something still isn’t shifting.

You might feel stress in your body as well as your mind, or have a sense that something needs to change, even if you’re not sure what that looks like yet.

This way of working is for those who are ready to explore things more deeply, in a way that feels calm and supported.

There’s no pressure to push through or force change.
Instead, we create a space where your system can slow down, feel safe, and begin to shift in its own time.
You don’t have to do it all at once, and you don’t need to have the answers.

We simply start where you are.

What Support Looks like

I don’t work within a fixed structure or single approach. Each session is guided by what feels most important for you and what your system is ready for.

By bringing together counselling and kinesiology, we can explore both what you’re experiencing and how it’s being held in the body.

This allows us to work with your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system together, rather than separating them.

The focus is on creating a space where things can slow down, feel clearer, and begin to shift in a way that feels natural and manageable.

Over time, this approach helps you build understanding, release what’s no longer serving you, and move forward with greater clarity and steadiness.

  • We begin with a conversation about what’s been happening for you and what you’d like support with.

You’re invited to share only what feels comfortable, at a pace that feels right for you.

From there, we gently explore what’s most important in that moment, using a combination of counselling and kinesiology where appropriate.

The focus is not on fixing everything at once, but on helping your system settle, creating clarity, and introducing simple tools to support you between sessions.

  • Each session begins with a check-in — what’s shifted, what’s present, and what feels important.

From there, we follow what feels most relevant in that moment, allowing the process to unfold naturally.

Over time, this way of working helps you feel more regulated, more clear, and more steady in yourself.

This approach is often most effective over a series of sessions, allowing space for change to unfold gradually.

Start with a conversation

If you’re unsure where to begin, this is a good place to start.

We can talk through what’s going on and what kind of support might feel right for you.
